These Terms and Conditions contain legal obligations and Simply Santorini Tours and encourage you to read them carefully. It is under these Terms and Conditions that bookings are made and accepted by Simply Santorini Tours. Unless otherwise stated, any purchases made through Simply Santorini Tours are subject to these Terms & Conditions. When a Customer makes a booking it will be deemed they have accepted the Terms & Conditions on behalf of all individuals included in the booking and consents to these Terms & Conditions by using Simply Santorini Tours. No alterations or variations to these Terms & Conditions will be accepted unless agreed in writing by Simplysantorini.tours
Price
The prices appearing on the website are the current rates and can change with no prior notice. Once a Customer has booked a tour with Simply Santorini Tours , the Customer will not be required to pay any difference in the event of a price increase and Simply Santorini Tours will not refund the balance of any price reduction. All prices are per private group unless otherwise stated.
Changes to existing bookings
It is not possible to make changes to existing bookings unless Simply Santorini Tours receives notification 24 hours in advance in writing, to info@simplysantorini.tours
Booking method
A deposit of 25% of the final booking price is required to secure your day with us.
The balance is due to the guide (in cash or card at travel time).

In the unlikely event of a tour being cancelled, we will offer an alternative tour date or full refund.
Accident or Loss
Please take care of all your personal property. Simply Santorini Tours & Activities will not be liable for any theft, loss damage, delay, inconvenience, direct or consequential loss, however caused, unless due to negligence by Simply Santorini Tours , in which case our liability is limited (except for death or personal injury) for damages to a maximum of the refund of the ticket price.
Personal Safety
Each Customer is responsible for maintaining their safety at all times. By agreeing to take part on the tour, all Customers are agreeing to listen to the safety instructions given by the Guide and to exercise due care and attention whilst walking.
Guests of third party websites are asked to give personal data in order to complete their online reservations. The data they are asked to give are upon the administrator – controller of the system.
There are many instances that we get data automatically. Such data are: IP address, type of device, location, date and time of accessing our system, pages that are visited and clicked, from which website someone came to our system, browser that is used, software that is used in the device or computer.
Our booking engines are integrated with other websites (online wholesalers, Online Travel Agents, etc) who are giving data about completed reservations. The data are used from controllers (administrators) for managing purposes.
We share the above personal data with third party systems for basic purposes of completing an online reservation. For example, we use a third party mail provider for security reasons (to avoid emails going to spam). Our systems are cloud and we use hosting services of Amazon.com (https://aws.amazon.com/security/) . In addition in some instances we share data with third party systems for managing or accounting purposes of the controller (administrator). Also we share data with banks and online payment gateways for successful secure transactions.
